Also known as the Ottoman Mosque, it is located in al-Farafra neighborhood of Aleppo. Governor Othman Pasha took the initiative to establish a school to teach arithmetic to accountants. The foundation plaque bears the signature of the Bab al-Ali calligrapher. It was designed in a traditional Ottoman style, including an open courtyard, classrooms, and a dome with rectangular classrooms. The school utilized a tablet ring system to use wooden boards. Today, the school hosts traditional mathematics courses that re-teach Al-Khwarizmi algebra using a board.
