Qush Agha House

Heritage Houses

At the center of the courtyard lies the deep Nasreen water basin, which connects to an underground cooling cellar. The wooden iwan is gilded with tulip motifs imported from Edirne, and the second-floor mashrabiya is considered the most beautiful in the Qensarin neighborhood. It was reopened in 2022 as a guesthouse and a center for Aleppine mother-of-pearl inlay workshops.
