The Sheikh Muhi al-Din complex, located in the al-Salihiyah neighborhood, houses the shrine of the great Sufi and his son, Sadr al-Din, as well as a mosque, a Takiyya, and a school. The stone facade features Mamluk calligraphic inscriptions, while the shrine’s dome is covered with green tiled tiles that have become a visual symbol of the site.
